woke up this morning...

Woke up this morning and I got myself a chew mark on the inside of my left cheek. My left leg (thigh) muscles ache so bad, it feels like I kicked 1000 field goals in my sleep. My left arm feels heavy. I wonder what the hell happens to me in my sleep to have me waking up this way? I have sleep apnea and was told that my joints could ache in the morning but...c'mon? why would it only be unilateral? This happen to anyone else where you wake up with chewed up lip, cheek, and sore muscles?

yep, and I sit up and scream and slug Hubby too so he can share in the pain. Too bad I don't remember any of it in the morning when I wake up...would have some satisfaction...for his bruises...and my sore muscles and joints...dang my left shoulder especially is sore. but Yea Pamela...I get that unilatteral pain...because the trouble I have is on the right side of my brain. Makes sense since thats the side that keeps getting injured on me....that and the back of my head...hmmm...wonder what will happen next? Hang in there Hun!
