What do I need to do? Seeking info.

I'm pretty sure I'm having more simple partial seizures in the temporal lobe. Despite my research, I feel like I'm still lost on this. In the past month , it's happened 6 times. 2 other times might have been me being paranoid. A majority of these have occurred in the past week. My boss was away on conference, we had 2 employees quit. I work at an electronic retailer store. We had a major game release, NBA 2k17. On top of that, a new distract manager wants each employee achieve certain numbers. I have tried my hardest, and can't reach those numbers. Needless to say, this month, I have been more stressed than normal. I've been getting really werid deja vu, seeing a fake memory with fake audio, I feel werid when it happens. I feel disconnected, like I'm in a dream. Last a minute at the most. This used to happen to me alot when I was in college, during one class in particular. That was several years ago. It ended mostly once I completed that class. Since then, it would happen once every year at the most. Then it started happening again a few weeks ago. Then it started happening primary about a week ago. I've started documenting each incident in a notebook. It has happened once when I was driving and when I was ringing up a customer. Neither time messed with my diving, or my ability to talk and type while ringing up a customer. The other times have been when I was at home. Since I think it's linked to stress, I'm trying to get my stress levels down before I see a doctor. I guess I wanna know...what happens if I need to go to the doctor? Can I go to my regular doctor? Do the need to refer me to a neurologist? Or can I simply make an appointment with a Neurologist? If my insurance covers the visit and mri or whatever, will my insurance likely go up? What if they determine I have it. I looked up the medications. Some of them conflict with my medication for adult adhd. I'm sure they will take that into account. But, I read that the meds can cause suicidal thoughts and you can't stop taking the medication suddenly. What if I have a bad reaction, I can't simply stop taking it right? If diagnosed, will this be added as a disability type thing on my drivers license or anything? Sorry for all the questions. I've never had to worry about all of this stuff before.

deja vu for many are warning that a larger and stronger seizure might happen. They are also seizures in themselves. Can I go to my regular doctor<<<<yes and discuss this issue with them. They may know morethen you think they will. They know the doctors associated with them and can refer you to them. Neurologists can handle this but in order to get the best care try and get one that specializes in epilepsy,Yes you can make an appointment yourself. But referals from regular doctors tend to get you in faster.Insurance covers the testing. They also cover the neurologists appointment. As for your insurance going up I doubt it will.Id diagnosed fine. Any and all medications have side effects. .That also includes over the counter meds. Have you ever sen thet itty bitty writing on th ecomercials. It is on and off in a couple of seconds yo you have no chance of reading them all. When you talk to your neurologist let them know "Any and all medications you take including your over teh counter meds" That way your medications will not counter each other. Oh and your neurologist can talk to each other when it come to your adult ADHD.As for stopping medications or having to be taken off of them because of side effects all you will need to do is follow your neurologists instructions. Generally your doctors will want to wean you off so they can make sure it is done right or you may have a problem.the DMV may be sent paperwork. But only because each state has laws on driving while having seizures.Time limites are set and licenses are revoked for a few months. The person you can get answers from on these questions is your doctors
