Was this a seizure?

Hi, I am a 26 yo female and I think I may have just had a seizure. I was prescribed a methylprednisolone pack for a sinus infection and I'm on the third of six days and it's been causing some insomnia and weirdness but a few hours ago things got way worse. I was laying in bed for roughly three hours tossing and turning. Then I experienced what felt like.. kinda like goosebumps or static but not like outwardly just the tingly bit on the inside in the left side of my head and neck. So naturally I tried to rub the feeling away which didn't help. The next thing I know, it was kinda like being jolted awake but I don't remember falling asleep and there was a few moments of not being able to remember who I was and who my husband was. It was really scary. It all came back to me and my dog started freaking out and had to jump on our bed and it was overall a very not good time. It's now like 4 am where I am and I am afraid to go to sleep cause that really sucked and my head and neck are sore. Does this sound like something I should be worried about? Any help or insight would be really appreciated.
