Was This a Seizure?

I'm not sure what happened but any help is appreciated. I'm sorry if I'm wasting anyone's time. The other night it was very cold, raining, and I thought it'd be a good idea to go out on these trails into the forest and get a little stoned. I ended up getting way too stoned, and pretty soon this anxiety/panic attack started to creep up. I know my way around these so I was not worried, figured I had smoked too much was all. Eventually, it hit hard regardless of my meditative attempts. What I had never experienced before was the shaking of my legs and arms. They were thrashing about, my arms digging into the ground and gripping the soil. It was very painful throughout my body. I got these stomach contractions that made me involuntarily fold my back, like a dry heave? I threw up after a half hour of this. It was on and off, periods of serenity broken up by these weird fits. The whole time my head felt like it was going to implode. I was also ill-dressed for spending so long out there. Eventually the cold came in, and the rain, and I was paralyzed and drenched in the mud where I had accepted my fate. I'd go in and out of consciousness, always coming up with a gasp for air (it felt like I hadn't been breathing when I was asleep), before passing back out. The second time I tried to get up and walk I stayed up and made it out of the forest dazed and confused but jesus, was it all in my head or did something happen with my CNS? I thought I was dead that night.
