Was this a seizure??

I just googled a question and came across a related post. I'm not sure if I just had a seizure? This has happened before, the first time being about four years ago. I did attempt to get it checked out at a walk-in clinic but was told it may be an anxiety attack. However just before this episode I was fine, not stressed or anxious. I was a little tired and very dehydrated. I also have a cold. This is strange because I just read a post about a possible first timer and it sounded like everything I've experienced before. My parents have suggested seizures too.
Anyway here is a list of actions that happened: Sudden onset of tiredness, fainting w head falling to side, eyes shut, eyes shut tightly, shortness of breath, stopped breathing, clenching of fist, jerking limbs, open eyed and starred into space, unable to speak, unable to move head, fogginess. Lasted for 2-5 minutes??
What do you all think? Any help is appreciated!
