Very new to seizures...

Good morning everyone! I never reached out before for answers (accept my neurologist ) and I was wondering I just started having seizures in April of last year ( it started when i was 25 and now im 26) and I'm having some bad grand mals and there happening more frequent in the last few months anyways sorry my question is . At night my boyfriend wakes me up ALL the time (at the time I don't remember what he said to me cause I was in a deep sleep) but in the morning i ask him what i did and he says that I make weird sounds , smack my mouth around for a while and grunting sounds...why am I doing that? I never done it before or have i? I have most of my grand mals at night so I think he wakes easy now and gets paranoid since my seizures have started...I don't know?

That's what my sister does during her seizures. Smacking her lips together and then letting out really long louder deep breaths.
