TRICK or TREAT??? (Halloween 2-fer)

Wed, 09/27/2006 - 11:00
1.Is treatment even necessary for simple partial seizures that do not generalize? Like, would a person be "tricking" themselves into believing there would be no harm done to themselves to just keep on coasting through life med free and not accepting any "treatment"? 2. Also, would someone with simple partial's be at risk for SUDEP? Or does this rare phenomenon pertain only to other types of Epilepsy?
