Sleep debt

Anyone kno whther it's possible for a non epileptic to get a seizure because of sunstatial sleep debt over months????

I think so. The usual rule of thumb is repeat seizures. From what I've read a single seizure is not necessarily indicative of epilepsy. Was yours a tonic-clonic type?

I want to make sure I understand what you are asking first. Are you diagnosed with NES(non-epileptic seizures) or have you recently started having seizures because of sleep deprivation? Take Care and be safe! -Spiz
