Should I get a new doctor or something else?

I started having issues around the age of 14, but a couple years ago is when it became a major problem. I started to see a mental comprehension and retention issues as well as issues with depression. So naturally I went to a psychologist who game me antidepressants, these generally didn't work well and he game me some for anxiety and then eventually more for ADD. After a year and half of nothing working, I went to see another therapist who said that all the diagnoses fit and yet didn't and she couldn't explain it. I really didn't consider epilepsy as an idea until a few weeks ago, I was at the dinner table and things started to look farther away and bigger and distorted. Now this didn't seem particularly weird, I have had since I was about 14 and just assumed it was normal. Come to find out as my family quickly noted it wasn't, found out it was called Alice and Wonderland Syndrome. One of the main causes migraines, so oh well no big deal. Well another cause could also be temporal lobe epilepsy, but thats crazy, I can't have that, right? Then when I though about it, it kind of made sense. I mean what if my zoning out spells are more than that. Then when I told my GP my suspicion, she agreed it could be TLE, it explained all of the symptoms that I have that the therapists couldn't make sense of. So I set up an appointment with a neurologist. The neurologist acknowledged that it could be TLE and sent me for an MRI and an EEG. Came back in and she told me that both were clear, I don't have epilepsy. Seems like this should be good news, but somehow it didn't feel like it. She said it was probably just migraines issues. I asked if that diagnosis fit my symptoms? She said kinda. What can I do? Well nothing. Are these results conclusive? No, but your just suffering from migraines. This conversation lasted two minutes, I tried asking more questions but she wouldn't give me the time of day. I left that appointment, with no good answers and nothing left to do. I came on here and saw people saying some of things I am going through. But now I am just left feeling crazy, invalidated and questioning what to do. Should I see another therapist, another neurologist, or just suck it up and suffer the bad hand life dealt?
