seizure upon wakening

Ive been having reoccurring seizures upon wakening
it seems to be triggered when i wake whilst still in 'low concious' level
a strong rush of vibration hits the back of my head then to the rest of the whole body
it seems the more i fight it the stronger the vibrations get
so i then try to relax as much as i can then after a few minutes i try to pop my eyes open and wake as normal
if this fails i just repeat the procedure until i wake 'fully'
during the seizure state im fully aware of my surroundings and can hear around me and not in any dream state
anybody have similar experience and know of any cure
the doctor said i must have been hallucinating
i know fully this is not the case which has totally put me off seeing a gp
help anyone?????????
