Is this is seizure? Please.....

I normally have tonic clonic's in my sleep. I had a horrible day at work yesterday, really stressful. Around 7 last night I was talking on the phone to my mom. The nxt thing I knew I was about to sort a load of clothes at the laundry hamper. I did not remember finishing the conversation with my mom, if I just hung up on her or what...Then I felt so weird. My husband asked if I was ok. I said no and then my left hand just locked or froze up and my left foot, too. My back muscles were so tight it felt like concrete......Is this is seizure? Please, I need some info...thank you.
