Seizure involving lips/lower face area

Tue, 03/17/2015 - 20:41

I'm a 16 yr old w/semi well controlled epilepsy (grand mal seizures and eyelid myoclonia). Lately, I have been having this issue when I am reading out aloud, my lower half of my face will start to almost seize. I am not sure if it is something to be concerned with or if it's nerves idk. I was just wondering if any one has anything similar to this

Welcome Meg A person can have more then 1 type of seizure. Which means they can have different seizures other then the ones they know they have been having. If it were me I would be calling my neurologist and discussing this issue with him. Especially if this has happened more then once. I hope this helps and you get the assistance you need Joe
