Scared 24 year old, had four seizures in a year with no history

Hi.. first time here so apologies if I ramble! I'm 24 years old and had my first tonic clinic seizure 8 months ago. I had a lot of tests done including MRI, EEG, 24 hour heart monitor and many blood tests which all came back ok. I was under a lot of stress starting a new job on an intensive care unit at the hospital and from my previous job for two years before this I did have bad sleeping habits as I was a night worker and slept little through the day so I had "unofficially" put it down to that as the hospital weren't giving me much else to go on. Then three weeks ago it happened again, except I had three seizures in one day. Needless to say my partner and three year old son were petrified as we were all in bed asleep when it began and it woke the both of them at 5am. I came round to the paramedic but was given ibuprofen and paracetamol and told to rest, which I did. Then had another seizure around 3pm which another paramedic brought me round and took me to hospital. Blood test came back ok so was sent home and had a final seizure around 7pm. I was extremely confused for around 3 days and am still trying to piece together that day and the week and a half that followed as I'm experiencing some serious memory fog. My entire family and I are so scared and I feel as though doctors don't seem to want to help me at all and are in no rush to give me any results or decent advice. I don't know if anyone else has been in this position? I feel like I need to "be ok" for the sake of my family but it my head I feel as though explosions are constantly going off !! And advice would be appreciated!! Thanks
