Psychic Simple Partial Seizures?

I am 53. My first "episode" was in 1985 after giving birth and placing baby for adoption. My last was 30 minutes ago. I haven't had one in approximately 3 years. Prior to that they often came when I lacked sleep and wasn't eating well. In the last month I have concentrated on eating better and developed a regular work out schedule. So this came out of the blue. I was at dinner the other evening, when I got very very cold (odd considering I'm menopausal and always hot). I went home and went to bed. Every joint in my body hurt. It hurt to move in any direction. I took an alleve and tried to go to sleep. I kept waking up throughout the night. The next day (yesterday) i continually had flashbacks of dreams I had the night before and some from a long time ago. I broke out in a sweat, my ears started ringing and I developed a sense of panic. Hard to say if it is panic from impending doom - which has happened in the past - or if i'm frightened by being "out of control" of my dream memories. Anyone else out there experiencing similar episodes?
