possible myoclonic seizures

Hi every one , not sure if I have epilepsy but have been having sudden jerks....spilling drinks and dropping plates since I was 16.now 35.ive had series of waking at night in waves of whole body twitching...so scary.and had one massive full body seizure and injured my neck badly.lately im having some possible myoclonic seizures and blacking out for a few seconds but not falling...just no one home and loss of memory....coming back with a large upper body jerk.also a lot ofgut disturbance ....feeling panicky for no reason and visual lines moving across visual field.does anyone know what this might be.what should I do? Hav had an eeg 2years ago.told I had slight following reactions to light stimuli but it was all fine otherwise.what else can I do to get help.im in new zealand?
