Please help, very confused

Fri, 09/26/2014 - 23:33

Over the past year I have had episodes where my legs feel as if they will not hold me up and I have fallen a few times. Also during these episodes I have trouble hearing, blurry vision, severe headaches and fainting. I also have what I believe is Auras consisting of deja vu and the feeling of nervousness like butterflies in my stomach. I get general shakes especially in my hands. I get confused easily and cant comprehend things during these episodes. My son says I answer him but not in appropiate ways, like I say yes to every question when clearly no is the answer. I cant find the words or names to simple things. Nausea daily, smells there are not there, and seeing floaters. The episodes are coming more frequently as I have had 9 in the last two days. I am worried its in my head. My doctor put me on Lamictal for bi polar disorder so I am worried if I was not on this would I be worse. My husband thinks some of this is in my head, which upsets me greatly. I'm so scared it is in my head and I'm scared its not. I have an appointment with my neurologist but not until late next month. Should I go to the ER when I have one of them or just wait it out? Im sorry for so many questions. Any help would be greatly appreciated. frown
