I see that Amy Jo  has posted

I see that Amy Jo  has posted many things and she has done research. All I can say is the levels I used were more then other people. I have always been a person that needs to take the highest dosage of any medication. But as Amy Jo said almost anything can affect the levels. I had to watch mine when I got sick or I over did it when I was climbing the mountain or over exerting myself in sports. I could take my t-shirt off and wring it out after about 15 minutes of work or most sports and in that sweat there was loss of medications.
