Out grew epilepsy; long lasting affects (?)

Wed, 07/08/2015 - 16:38

Epilepsy runs in my family, luckily I only had them at night while I was sleeping. Though I outgrew them right before I started puberty...I'm 22 and I can't help but to feel like somethings aren't right. I don't do well in heat even though it's amazing, I sweat so much, even in the winter. I've now recognized that I have ADD, I sometimes impulsively start another task while trying to complete the one I started. And sadly I do not get social ques, unless blatantly stated to me; I sometimes can't put two and two together. I'm sensitive to light and sounds, Most of the time I have a hard time communicating my emotions. ALSO I can easily get stressed if there's no support. My question is what are the affects from having such experiences. Or maybe I'm just a nervous, sensitive person.. It's a struggle to find the happy medium that's why I cut alcohol, caffeine and even spicy food out of my diet. I have extreme high and lows
