Not Convinced I Have Epilepsy.

I'm going to try to make this as short as possible. I'm 24 with no real previous medical history except anemia. I'm 3 months postpartum. A couple of weeks ago, I had mastitis and spiked a fever of 104. Had grand mal seizure while asleep. The very next week I developed a UTI that quickly went to the kidneys and caused electrolyte imbalances. Fever spiked to 104 and I had a massive grand mal seizure. Was taken to ER via EMS. CT, EEG, MRI were all normal. The only things that weren't normal was the bloodwork showing the infection and electrolyte imbalances. I've seen 2 neurologists. One is convinced I have epilepsy. The other says no, these seizures were provoked by the infection, fever, anemia, etc. What do you guys think? I'm scared to death. My husband works nights and I'm left alone with 2 young children.
