Welcome to Epilepsy.com! Hope you have had a chance to look around, and meet people. The first few years of living with seizures can be tough ones, often as people don't know what they don't know! Or don't know what you need yet. If you haven't had a chance yet, and want to get a feel for the site, go to the Epilepsy 101 section... found at www.epilepsy.com.

Hello! My name is Amy and will be 39 in a few days. I was diagnosed 11 years ago with JME. As I have gotten older it seems to have gotten worse. I take Mysoline, because the Depakote, after taking it for a few years began to increae my liver enzymes. I hope to increase my knowledge about it and other types of seizures from this website. Thank you.
