New diagnosis

Sun, 08/13/2017 - 20:27
Hello, I am new to this forum. I am a 33 year old women with 3 children. After almost an entire year, I have recently been diagnosed with temporal lobe epilepsy . My doc has put me on keppra at 3000mg a day. While my seizures have decreased except during my period, my main concern is extreme fatigue out of the blue. I plan on going back to work and would like to know if this side effect will pass or if it is something I will have to deal with from now on. My seizures tend to be complex partial and sometimes develop into secondary generalized seizures. Any tips would be appreciated
