This morning I was in the bathroom and, I had a brain loop (I call them Brain loops, It's when and thought runs through my mind and gets stuck the and it keeping repeating it in my head over and over and over... Imagine you're thinking "Oh it's hot... it goes like, Oh it's hot, oh it' hot, oh it's hot, Oh it's hot, oh it' hot, oh it's hot...It can last from 30 seconds to 5 minutes. Normally I am not aware if anything happens after that except that I am tired. This morning I was slightly aware of what was happening. As I said the brain loop started and then my head started twitching to the left and then I started exaggerated clickings with my tongue. This lasting approximately 40 seconds and then it was gone, I felt pressure in my head and a headache all day. I've have had the brain loops before and that on it's own is scary as hell...
