my second seizure experience

about a month ago i took a dose of acid (LSD), and proceeded to wig out. seeing colors, slow motion, and among other things, paranoia. after i came to i chalked it up to a bad trip.(the only other time ive ever done acid was years ago, and it was in no way similar to what happened recently). so i moved on with my life and everything was going fine. then yesterday i experienced the exact same thing that happened a month ago, my brother was the one who discovered me staring at the computer screen as if i was on a different planet. the second one may have been caused by the fact that i had been sitting out in the sun for about an hour waiting for the bus, and the fact that i had nothing to eat the entire day, exept for a coke.plus the fact i was high at the time and playing xbox. the reason im posting is that i am VERY scared right now, a website says people with complex partial seizures dont remember the seizure, but in my case i remember both of them vividly. i could seriously write pages of stuff that i experienced during the seizure but i decided to make a quick list, causes bright flickering colors repedative audio and visuals(leading to slow motion) self induced paranoia depression sleep depervation hunger effects slow motion, and repedative visuals bright (swirling?) colors extreme paranoia extreme fear of death uncontrolled (looping) movements leading from left to right side of body, then down, then up tense muscles deja vu center of gravity distorted my perception of things around me move up down left right, then in a circular motion (like electrons around an atom) saying one color at a time out loud blurred vision out of body experience picking a clothes (rhythm) snapping fingers (rhythm) voices tell me, "you need to make a change" "you are the one" "this happens to me when i go to sleep" "i should tell him....", "no, im going to enjoy this..." "might is right" ??? recovery denial flashbacks vivid memories deja vu even more paranoia
