is my infant having seizures?

My 3 month old son has been hospitalized twice now with these spells. They have ran all sorts of tests and all are normal. He goes limp and stops breathing and turns blue in face and limbs. We revive him. When he comes to his eyes trace around and his head shakes. The spells last longer every time. It takes him about five minutes to start acting like himself. Does this sound like seizures?
