Looking for some advice

Tue, 11/15/2016 - 12:11
Hey everyone, I've been zoning out for as far back as i can remember, it started when I was around 5 years old. I've never been to the doctor for it but I would totally go out of focus with my eyes, sometimes I can hear people talking and sometimes I can't . No one can get me to break away from it when I do zone out. It just has to run it's course. It used to not last long at all but now it seems to last up to 1 or 2 minutes and is becoming more frequent. It's worse when I'm tired, sleep deprived or stressed at all. It's started happening at work and that's why I'm worried now. my family never paid much attention but i've been with my girlfriend for 2 years now and she's noticed it the whole time. I zone out and my eyes go off in different directions. I can feel them coming on sometimes. Sometimes i get weird feeling over my whole body before and when it's happening. I usually return to normal activity when I do come back but I don't know what's been said to me while I was out. I've done some research online but it's hard to find anything on it so I thought I'd come here for some help. If anyone has any idea what this might be or advice for me. I'd greatly appreciate it.
