I was diagnosed with JME when I was 15 and now I'm 39.i was on Depakote for 15 years and a am switching to Lamotrogine. Any coments?

Both work. I have used them both and I know what they have done for me. They both reduced the number of seizures I had ben haviing. The reaso I got off depakote was because I wanted more control. It had reduced the number but I wanted the number reduced more. Lamotrogine did about the same as depakote so we went with another.
