How to test for epilepsy or syncope

Wed, 09/06/2017 - 10:51
I'm not sure if I have epilepsy, syncope, or just very low blood sugar. I pass out, or at least get very nauseous and dizzy but can sit down immediately, during or after exercise or standing. I had medically verified seizures when I was a toddler on two occasions, but on every other occasion, I did not go to a neurologist to get my brain checked out. The last time I possibly had a seizure(my eyes rolled back in my head before I collapsed), I went to the ER. They checked for a concussion, recommended getting my head stapled, advised me to see a neurologist, and sent me home. I went to Urgent Care soon after, and their EKG said I had an abnormally slow heart beat and an incomplete right bundle branch block. I almost passed out again yesterday, also after biking, and I would like to find out why this happens. I'm not sure how to get a diagnosis since I live in China now, and they might just send me home with Chinese traditional medicine.
