Hi I'm new!

My name is Tom, I just got home from the hospital late last night. I had my second seizure early Monday morning. My first was only three weeks ago. I was in a different hospital for five days after that one. All neurological testing came back negative (MRI, EEG, CT, as well as a 48-hour EEG from my neurologist). I have also been suffering from chest pains for the last six weeks so the hospital also performed a tilt table table test which was positive and an EP study which was negative. The doctors were unable to pinpoint the cause of the first seizure because all the tests were coming back normal. Only after my second seizure was prescribed Dilantin 300mg. Anyone have any idea if the seizures could be related to my heart or even epilepsy? Thanks, Tom...
