Help with understanding report please?

Hi Guys, My 3 year old son has summered from seizures on and off since he was 4 months old, they stopped for 18 months and have recently come back. He had an EEG and i have a copy of the report, we meet with the neuro next week but i was just wondering if you could help explain his report? Report: The awake background consists of 8 Hz biposteriorly dominant alpha rhythms. Focal epileptic form sharp, and sharp and slow wave discharges are present in the mid-central region, projecting asymmetrically to the left centroparletal leads. The epilepticform discharges increase in frequency during sleep, sometimes occurring in trains. conclusion: Abnormal EEG due to the occurrence of epileptic form sharp and sharp and slow wave activity arising from the mid central region. This is consistent with a focal disturbance of cerebral functioning and consideration should be given to correlation with the structural neuroimaging study. Thanks in advance xx
