Help?

Any helpful comments and advice would be greatly appreciated. Yesterday I experienced the most unusual thing happen in which I had a sudden feeling of intense fear, deja vu (or flashbacks), nausea and I couldn't remember where I was. I felt dizzy as if I had no control of my body and as if the room was spinning. This lasted about 15 - 20 seconds. Anyone have the same experience and can guide me about what I can do? Will it happen again? Or is it nothing to worry about? Im scared of it happening while I am driving or if I am walking in the street.

Thanks in advance.

I have heard and know that many of the things you posted could be seizures, Auras are basically a seizure in itself. If yo uhave this feeling again you need to see a doctor and discuss it with him. He may want you to see a specialist (neurologist specializing in epilepsy).   As for driving???? What would possiably happen if you had one of these episodes???
