Hello, new here and worried

Hello, I just joined the community. I'm wondering if I could be having nocturnal seizures. I've always been called a restless sleeper, I wake up without covers or all tangled up a lot. I've awoken multiple times having felt like someone was sitting on my chest suffocating me. I've also woken multiple times sitting straight up in bed with my legs crossed. All those times I woke up feeling disorientated, confused, uncoordinated. The past few months I've been under a lot of stress and triggered a depressive episode (really my ex husband was literally trying to kill me, cut brake lines, tires, and brakes again-he'd even said " it wasn't me I just watched)" So my Dr put me on Lexapro. Day 13 I got up, I felt like I was drunk, I got a glass of water and was shaking horribly. I quit taking that, wasn't able to go to work, only thing I could say was I felt like I was going to have a seizure because I had very little control. Truth be told if it wasnt for my dog I prob would've just sat down in the kitchen until it wore off. Now my dog has been sleeping with me more, he always does when it gets cool. Some nights he wakes me up 4, 5, 6 times a night...when he has to potty he goes right out, but when this happens, after I manage to get up and get my balance so I don't feel like my legs will give out, he just looks at the door like I've lost my mind. Could he be waking me up when I'm having or going to have a nocturnal seizure? Could I just be being paranoid?
