First seizure and constant aura feeling-help

Sat, 09/10/2016 - 15:07
Hi Everyone: I am a 46 wf married, mother of 3 and a realtor. Sunday I had my first seizure (my son told me because I don't remember) He said I was talking to him then got a shock then went into a seizure where I fell, eyes rolling, shaking and foam out of my mouth. I was out for about 7 mins because when I woke up the paramedics were at the door. Was told it was stress and lack of sleep where I knew I was really stressed out. Yesterday I started with this anxious feeling which I have had for years and years but my doctor always treated it like panic attacks. I was researching and now wondering if it wasn't panic attacks but partial seizures. I felt nausea and pins/needles in my head along with jerky movements and my face fluttering. The ER cant say where it is coming from. They try to suggest it was the xanax because I would take that when I would get this feeling but I know it isn't because I haven't used xanax in weeks plus if I thought that I would have just taken one. Also, the past 18 months I have been having stomach problems where I lost 50 pounds, nausea and diarrhea. I am starting to think that this is all together. They gave me a ativan but that just made my mind more alert but the symptoms are still there and if it was the benzo the other symptoms would have subsided as well. I was researching earlier and it seems alot of people have this and the doctors dont understand. Any suggestions?
