Is this epilepsy? Really intense Deja-vu

Tue, 06/07/2016 - 03:04
So I am 18-y old and I have started to get these really intense deja-vu feelings. I started to get these on this spring. It feels like I experience a scene that happens exactly like it has happened in my dream. At the same time, I feel cold in my stomach and I get huge panic feeling. Like I get extremely scared for no reason. It always lasts only for a minute. I went to sleep-Eeg 2013 because back then I had panic disorder. They found out some inregular activity in my brain that happened when I was asleep, but during the abnormal brainactivity nothing happened to me physically. (I mean that I didn't got seizure or anything) The report from the Eeg says "no reason to suspect that patient has epilepsy" I have never had a seizure or even passed out. During the deja-vu I can think and talk normally and I usually try to do that because I want to be sure that my brains still work. I got 3 of these yeastarday and they vere the most intense ones I have ever experienced. I have never been so scared in my life. They all happened in randomly. In one of then I was watching a video with my brother and I got deja-vu and I was sure that I had seen a dream of this scene. After the feeling stopped I went to watch the same part of the video again and I didn't even remember why did I get deja-vu from it. I am really scared I think I should go to the doctor but it takes so long. I just got another deja-vu when I was writing this, not as intense as the last one and now I remember why I got it. I had a feeling that I had written this before. I haven't. This is weird and scary, even though I have no other eplipsy symptoms I am still super scared.

I've had outer body experiences with the dejavu like I'm watching it happen from the ceiling or another room thru a two way mirror.
