Does this sound like a seizure?

It was early in the morning and I'd been severely restricting my food(At this point I'd had an eating disorder for 2.5 years from which I am recovering). I was watching this PSA on YouTube that said to hold your breath so I did and my vision went all black and fuzzy (which had happened before several times when I didn't eat enough) and I sank onto my bed slowly. Then my hands and feet starting twitching and I couldn't really think straight but I had some disjointed thoughts and I felt lile I was on a cloud. It lasted about 10 seconds. Could that have been a seizure? That's never happened before. Is there something else it could be? Answers much obliged.
