Did I have a simple partial seizure? Please help!

Sorry for long post, but some insight would be SO helpful. I have not been diagnosed with epilepsy. I suffered from panic attacks years ago and meds never helped so I quit taking it and learned to deal with it on my own. It never escalates to an attack anymore.

On Monday, things were very different. i was sitting at my desk at work. I noticed I was squinting a lot & was very sensitive to the light. My eyes felt like I had ate a lemon. I was unable  to focus on one object. My eyes were moving quickly from side to side. I also had to consciously not let them roll back (like when you're falling asleep) but I wasn't tired. My body felt numb. Then I realized I couldn't find my words. I was stuttering, DIDNT know what I was doing, couldn't remember what I was doing. I got up & walked into the closet to turn on the fax button, only to see I had already done it (still not sure why I randomly did so). SO fearful of someone talking to me because I KNEW My response would draw attention to me and freak people out. Weirdest part: EVERY SOUND, be it loud or soft, would give me this butterfly feeling in my stomach/chest like when you get startled. every sound. Even the sound of my own self setting my pen on my desk. I went to the bathroom and heard bells and music that I knew did not exist. My hands were shaking so badly when I drank from my water bottle, I couldn't keep the bottle still. I kept bracing myself to fall on the floor. Does anyone experience this with seizures? Less than a year ago I was getting ready for work and fainted, hitting my head on the counter. I woke up making a weird "EH EH EH" sound but the hospital showed nothing abnormal. I just have a hard time chalking it up to a panic attack. Things were SO different.

ANY similar experiences?!
