Daydreaming or a seizure?

Tue, 08/22/2017 - 11:56
My seizures are simple partial and are happening in the frontal temporal lobe. I was having some "breakthrough" seizures that presented as a kind of zoning out. I'd notice it when I was having a conversation with someone, but they wouldn't notice anything out of the ordinary. Also several instances of very intense and lengthy dejavu. We increased my Lamictal and added Zonegran. Since then, I've been noticing a lot of "daydreaming". I'll be talking to someone and my mind snaps to something else and I can't refocus. All of the sudden I'm back in the conversation. So it isn't like a consciousness thing and I'm not zoning out. It's strange and it's happening a lot lately. With my seizures being so mild it's often hard to tell if it's a seizure or just me being a weirdo. What do you think? Seizure or daydreaming? I have an appt with my neuro next week.
