Could it possibly have been a seizure?

Wed, 06/07/2017 - 05:19
I had epilepsy as a baby. I grew out of it but was diagnosed again in April last year. Majority of my seizures consist of a spaced out feeling and numbness in my hand. These last only seconds and I know they are happening. I normally feel quite scared and I think this is just a symptom of it. But I also have ones where I become confused about where I am or what I'm doing. For example I've had one while trying to cross a road and didn't know where I was or what I was trying to do. Sometimes these wake me up (both types) I normally wake up just before having one and it seems to be the same time. I woke up this morning and felt so confused. At first I wasn't quite sure where I was then was confused about which form room I was in at school this lasted about a minute. Problem is I've left school 6 years ago although I did have a little dream about my school for some reason. My body hurts all over as if I've done a massive workout. I'm not sure if this could possibly be a seizure or if I just woke up to fast. Has anyone else had anything similar
