bullied and sensory loss

Mon, 03/30/2015 - 13:41
I have had Epilepsy since I was 10 months old I am now 21 will be 22 this Saturday, this last November 24th, 2014 I had a really bad grand mal seizure and then a few catatonic seizures that caused my heart to stop four times my boyfriend started my heart again once before the ambulance came and then the paramedics took over I woke up in intensive care and I tried to use the rest room but I fell flat on my face I found out I couldn't walk, due to testing we later found out I had sensory loss knees down and I couldn't feel anything bellow my knees due to my seizure and I couldn't walk later I was diagnosed with a lower spinal injury cause I fell straight back and hurt my spine, I was standing when the seizure came on and I just fell and went into it. So I am now paralyzed from the knees down, I already got bullied my whole life due to my shaky and having seizures in class and random places now it's even worse I just wish I could find a way to get out that bullying hurts and epilepsy isn't something we can control more people have it then you think and a lot get bullied for it
