Any advice would be great - poss epilepsy

I'm having several 'auras' a day now, they seem to be getting more consistent and it's starting to worry me. I've had a few seizures after the aura in the past, aura feels like a massively intense version of deja vu, with a feeling of fear & sometimes nausea, almost like butterflies in stomach. I have an appointment with a specialist in September, but as lately they've gone from maybe once a week to now several times a day it's starting to worry me, as my memory isn't so great

May I suggest if your not already taking it is a med called LaMICtal, If that dose not work, I went a whole year without arua or seizures taking a martial arts class. It was not so much what I learned, the over 100 jumping jack, stretching, working my body at least 5 days a week.  You have heard it before," use it or lose it". Exercise make sense. As soon as I stopped everything came back with in a week. Good luck, life with out seizures can be amazing, always try new things don't let it win.

Thank you. I'll certainly
