Am I having Auras?

26/female I've been having strange thoughts happen to me since I was around 19. I was often in class when It happened. I also have adhd, while I'm medicated, my mind still wonders and I often get distracted by day dreams. I'll have a thought, something ridiculous usually, and then, that thought would become a vision type thing. Like..I think could still see, but it's like I was still seeing this image. But I also recall my vision going dark? I think maybe it faded to dark for a mili-second second? I would get this overwhelming bad feeling that over took me. I can't stop the thought. It just keeps playing. I get dizzy. I start breathing more heavy. I think I might have a cold chill. And I think my heart is racing. Then I'm ok again. It is probably is over within 10 to 15 seconds. Occasionally, it would happen while I was in a hallway. I would find myself against a wall after it passed. The thoughts I had felt familiar, like I had seen them before. Most of the time, I can't remember the triggering thoughts. What I'm seeing is absolutely ridiculous...like, characters from tv shows. For example, In one, I walled passed Charlene, a character from the 90s show Dinosaurs. In another, I saw a board with characters from Degrassi. Was watching the show on tv at the time. Today, I got out of the shower and suddenly something about teenage mutant ninja turtles. I can't remember anything else. What I'm seeing is in no way a prediction or in the realm of possibility. The only way I've actually seen any of these before is if it came from forgotten childhood dreams. For the most part, I don't recall anything about what I see after the fact. The 3 I mentioned are just the ones I can recall. I know some of what I have seen hasn't involved fictional characters. -_- Most of them happened when I was I college 5 years ago. It occasionally happens now. I don't recall having any weird smells or taste. I'm not sure if I'm even posting in the correct topic. I did some research and came across Auras. I thought I would ask to see if I have experiences that match others. Or if it's something else all together. I just want to understand what is happening to me. I've never been to the doctor for this because I thought they might think I'm crazy. I also know very little about seizures. I don't think I have a family history of it. Thanks for any info!
