Simple partial seizures

I'm twenty six ,and I have had simple partial seizures for eleven years. I feel good for awhile, and then I'll get one and I'm out for about a week. When I say I'm out I mean I'm moving for about a week. I have been having a simple partial seizures for about a week now, and I'm just really discouraged. I'm having a hard time holding down a job, and going to school with this going on. I get really embaressed with my friends, so I don't tell them what's going on I'm just very grumpy sometimes. Is there any epeleptic out there that has strategies on how to maintain a stressful life, while containing the seizures?
