Missing data

Tue, 02/12/2013 - 08:39
Well I went and downloaded the iPad app for this diary, as that's where I will use it, but information about the tablets I've taken seems to vanish, it's not just once, each day I update it, then the next day I have to renter the data again. I think it's something to do with the sync to the website, but don't want to use the web based diary. Is it possible to fix this? Is it something I'm doing wrong? Something that I can change to make things better? Ideally I would want to use the iPad app, rather than a web page to upload my information to. But loading it twice is not something I want to do. I don't even need it to sync as I can hold the info on my iPad fine unless I've misunderstood the app and I have to record it in both places which I don't want to do. I'm trying to give this diary a fair try as I need a log, but info disappearing is not helping.

Thank you, I would appreciate some advice, for the time being I have uninstalled the app, but haven't found an alternative, so currently on pen and paper, it sucks. Lol Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Hi,

Not sure if you're still having this problem, but I've had a similar problem.  I've found that if I exit the app then re-open it when it syncs the data it will all show up again.  I'm using the droid version of the app on my phone so I'm not sure if that will work for you, but it's worth a shot.
