Depending on what kind of seizures and how they affect you now may be the answer. I had an unplanned pregnancy with tonic-clonic seizures. I was fine on depakote, but amazing when I was pregnant. My seizures have a lot to do with my hormones. But now that I am wanting another, I need to change meds. I would talk to an epileptologist. They know SO MUCH more than neurologists and the real affects on your body and what your meds may do to the baby. Good luck!
