Behaviour

Tue, 03/15/2011 - 04:05

I have been back on my medication for a total of 6 month and I'm sure that it is affecting my behaviour. I have always been a worrier and an overthinker but I am feeling quite depressed when there is no reason. I am overly insecure and lack confidence in my thoughts and decisions.

I often find myself confused about something that has happend due to memory loss and slow on the uptake of new information and generally not handling social situations very well at all.  I dont know if this is just a personality issue of if the medication is making it worse. I'm only on a small dose of Sodium Valproate but it's enough to slow me down dramatically.

Has anyone else had a similar experience?

Feedback would be appreciated.
