Unwanted for being an Epileptic person

Thu, 11/13/2014 - 22:48
I have worked all my life in the oil industry, I've always been a healthy, hard working human being, responsible, kind to others, fun to be around, always smiling but then I was diagnosed with epilepsy about 2 years ago and that change my life... I was very scare at first but knowing that did not stop me I was still the same person with others (relatives, coworkers, friends) until this past July 17, 2014 an intense episode of epilepsy occur at the work site... A few of my coworkers knew of my condition but had never experience one ( epileptic episode) and yes as expected they freaked out and I was fired on the spot!!! They never call for paramedics nor I was treate at the site, what they did do was made me sign documents I was still disorientated, called me for a taxi and walk me to the gate and asked me to never come back... I have never been so embarrassed and humiliated in my life!
