Tegretol and side effects

I am a 47 year old male who ha suffered from erectile dysfunction for about 6 years. It is gradually getting worse and whilst I have been on tegretol for 30 years I am convinced that's it is the route cause of my problem. I have dosed this with my doctor and he has dismissed it given my time on the drug without any side effects. I am not convinced though and was wondering if anyone else had a similar experience. If so what are the alternative medications ?

Try Lamictal. I was on it for a few years and I was fine. Now I am on Onfi also and I am experiencing issues. It's very strange. I am going to talk to my neurologist soon.She is a woman. An awkward conversation but it may be worth it. She is wonderful. My mother and sister are very much involved which is great. But if I have to talk to themabout it also it will be an awkward conversation!! Good luck,Steve
