How do use handle being epileptic?

Wed, 02/08/2017 - 00:21
Hey I'm new to this.I've had seizures since I was in my early teens.I never really thought much about it until I had kids.I am now 26 and still having seizures. All I'm asking is how you do use cope knowing that your epileptic, knowing that you can't really do much, knowing that your restricted from things that you want to take part in.I've never told anyone about how I feel.I'm someone who has bottled everything up since I found out I was epileptic. Please help me.I've gotten to the point where, yeah I don't know to do.your thoughts and help will mean a lot to me.

This website has given me tons of useful info about the things going on in my life and helped me deal with the medical issues I'm facing. Just reading about other people's stories and experiences here has been a huge help in coping knowing I'm not alone. There are people I can talk to here without having to open up about everything with my family or soon to be x-wife
