hi.i´m new at this and i´m trying to get some help.my husband is taking tegretol 400mg/day and we´re trying to have a baby.does anyone knows if his medication can affect pregnancy or the baby after birth?thx

If you want information all you need to do is call the 24/7 help line which can be found on any page in this site. Go to the bottom of this site and iit should be in the connect section. There are meds for many different thing that can effect new borns and doctors know them. IF you know your husbands neurologist contact him and ask this question. I do hope this helps
