Sometimes a change in medication may help but if the area of the seizures in the brain is localized, there has been great success with surgery.
Since it's confirmed that there is an area of the brain that has scar tissue and that this is where the seizures are originating, yoga or massaging are ineffective to control seizures.

Can you seek second opinion from another neutral dr in the area on operation?
