Topamax and keppra combo . Side effects ??

Hello I've been having grand mal seizures since I was 14 . I've been taking 200 mg of topamax twice a day since they started. But recently I started having break through seizures recently and my doctors decided to start me on 250 mg twice a day as an add on to the topamax , I already experience side effects from the topamax so i'm worried about the combination of side effects from the two. So my question is has anyone else taken this combo ? If so were there any side effects ? Any info would be appreciated . Thank you
